• Account information: name, email address, phone number and password (stored securely by our authentication provider), and an optional profile photo.
• Waiver acceptance: the date and time you accepted our Liability Release Waiver & Studio Policies.
• Activity: your class bookings and history, credits, memberships and Intensive Group enrollments.
• Purchases: what you bought and the payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Forms and requests: information you send us when you request a private lesson, rent the studio, ask for custom choreography, buy event tickets or shop merchandise.
• Donations: your name, the amount and the date.
• Technical data: a login session saved in your browser and basic server logs.

We use it to run your account, schedule and confirm classes, process payments, send confirmations, receipts and tickets, answer your requests, keep our website secure, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We currently send only messages related to your account and purchases.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.
• Stripe: payment processing and billing.
• Resend: delivery of emails such as confirmations and receipts.
• Our website hosting provider.

We may also share information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

If you donate through our Foundation page, your name, the amount and the date may appear in the public supporters list. If you would like to donate anonymously or have your name removed, contact us. Instructor names and links shown on our schedule are published with their permission.

Photos and videos taken during classes and events may be used for promotion as described in the Liability Release Waiver & Studio Policies you accept at registration.

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account; we may keep records that the law requires us to keep.

You can update your name, phone number and profile photo from your dashboard, and cancel memberships at any time. To access, correct or delete your information, email us at the address below.

Our website is not directed to children under 13. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website links to third-party sites such as social media and maps. Their privacy practices are their own.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
